The obverse features conjoined portraits of Kings Haakon VII and Olav V facing left with the motto ALT FOR NORGE. The reverse commemorates Norway’s liberation on 8 May 1945, showing a crowned V for Victory, the inscription FRIGJØRINGEN 8 MAI 1945, the value 25 KRONER and the year 1970.
