The Greater Poland Uprising Cross for Wawrzyniec Koput awarded in October 1978 by the Social Committee for the Construction of the Monument to the Greater Poland Uprising participants on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the uprising.
A very interesting form of awarding a cross with personal details placed inside the box instead of a separate ID card.
The original box was probably made to special order.
