In 1906, Feliks Romaszkan started his own paper factory in Wadowice.
In a short time the factory became a major employer in Wadowice, and in 1927 it was transformed into a joint stock company under the name "F. Romaszkan, paper factory, joint stock company in Wadowice". Eventually, Romaszkan's paper mill exists as the "Beskidy Paper and Textile Factory S.A.", which is still in operation today.
