The wz. 34 sabre, known as the Ludwikówka, is the most recognizable sabre of the Polish Army from the period of the Second Polish Republic.
The saber's blade is made of steel with visible grooves and fullers on both sides, and a deep groove is visible along the spine of the blade. The blade is double-edged. The wooden handle is made of beechwood, and the guard is made of brass.
On the back of the blade there is a faintly visible marking K2 (civilian recipient Tadeusz Książnicki ) and sabre number C 1372. On the outside of the blade there is a visible designation S. wz. 34. On the opposite side of the blade there is the manufacturer's signature H. LUDWIKÓW / KIELCE. Sabre with original scabbard, number A 3322 (?).
The blade shows visible pitting and grease residue. The scabbard is in poor condition, with numerous pits and dents.
