120 Grana coin struck at the Naples mint in 1798 during the reign of Ferdinand IV of Bourbon, King of Naples and Sicily.
The reverse, with the dynastic coat of arms beneath a royal crown, emphasized the Bourbon dynasty’s ties to the Spanish branch.
These issues were important in the monetary system and trade of the Kingdom of Naples in the late 18th century.
