This is the second of a planned three-part series, covering government-guaranteed debt securities from 1833 to 1999. The catalog is richly illustrated, which enhances its value.
The catalogue was published by the Association of Collectors of Historical Securities (SKHPW) as Volume II, Part 2, in the Capital History Library series.
