Token for half pudo of ice from the Great Warsaw Icehouse.
Half pudo was the smallest unit found on tokens issued by icehouses. Pudo is a Russian unit equal to about 16 kg, so half a pudo equaled about 8 kg of ice, which corresponded to the daily requirement for maintaining the appropriate temperature in so-called home refrigerators.
