Rare variety with an eagle with a thick body, wings and a thin tail, with a spreading tail with two thin branches, composed of three parts, the lateral ones curled downwards, with a closed, rather narrow crown, with a bow decorated with two pearls, with ending of the reverse legend POLONI·1546. At the bottom of the obverse there are letters ST from the sides of the coat of arms of Leliwa, initials of Jan Spytek Tarnowski.
