The obverse commemorates the XXX anniversary of the victory over fascism (1945 - 1975): busts of a Red Army soldier and a soldier of the Polish Army, and a banded inscription XXX ROCZNICA ZWYCIĘSTWA NAD FASZYZMEM. The reverse shows the emblem of the People's Republic of Poland - an eagle without a crown, the year 1975 and the face value of 200 ZŁ.
