Set of ten silver 5-mark coins dated 1972–1979, commemorating major events—the 25th anniversary of the Basic Law (1949-1974) and the 150th anniversary of the German Archaeological Institute—and honouring figures such as Heinrich von Kleist, Gustav Stresemann, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, and Balthasar Neumann. All pieces were designed by leading West-German medallists and struck at state mints identified by the letters D, F, G, J.
