A very rare variety minted with a deep stamp.
It is very likely that the first "banners" were minted precisely with the deep stamp, but due to technical difficulties in their production (wedging on the stamp), the stamps were changed to shallow ones.
In the "Specialized Catalogue of Polish Coins of the 20th and 21st Centuries" by Jerzy Chalupski, the variety minted with the deep stamp has a specified degree of rarity at the level of R5 with a mintage of up to 1,000 pieces. The author next to this item writes: ""The Deep Banner" is one of the rarer coins of the Second Republic today. Some sources say that the mintage of this variant was only 200 pieces, but this is not confirmed by official data. However, such a mintage was struck with a polished stamp . The auction catalogs of Fritz Rudolf Künker Münzenhandlung state that 1,000 coins were struck with the deep stamp."
Offered piece with uncirculated detail, no glaring rubbing of the upper parts, but with traces of cleaning on both sides.
A rare coin of the Second Republic period, the auctioning of which always generates a lot of excitement.
