Bond IV of the Conversion Loan of the Capital City of Warsaw, 1931 Issued to convert the VII loan of Warsaw, issued in ruble currency in 1903. A large portion of the bond was placed on the French market, hence the decision was made to make the French tranche part of the IV conversion loan.
