J. Mazur's catalog - Part 2 - is the first recent study of Polish debt securities guaranteed by the State.
It is the second of the planned three parts, covering debt securities guaranteed by the State from 1833-1999. The catalog is richly illustrated which increases its value.
The catalog was published by the Society of Historical Securities Collectors (SKHPW) as Volume II, Part 2, as part of the Capital History Library series.
