Proclamation of the Bank of Poland of 1831 encouraging the purchase of bonds of the loan "Posiłki polskie".
"The National Government, calculating (...)the internal prosperity of the country (...) opens a voluntary loan of 60 million Polish zlotys under the title of "Posiłki Polskie", entrusting the negotiation (...) to the Bank of Poland. (...) It will be collected by issuing bonds of six hundred zlotys."
This is a reprint, a copy of the original print of the proclamation, taken from the book "History of the November Uprising 1830 - 1831", by August Sokolowski, published ~1910. In the book, this is an insert, enclosed between pages 104 and 105 (characteristic traces of foldingthe document into "four").
