The issuer of these temporary certificates was the Syndicate of Polish Banks (so this is a private issue and as such did not represent obligations of the Treasury, only obligations of the Syndicate of Polish Banks). This does not change the fact that these documents are very rare in the collector's trade. Highly recommended!
