Series IIA, unlike series IA, IB, IC and ID, was a series with a maturity of 12 months. The rarity of this series in the variety with a six-digit numerator is on the level of the rarity of Series IA - 14 pieces known.
Broken in the middle. Removed paperclip mark. Minor restorations in the margins.
Valor after master conservation, hence such a good, album-like presentation.
