The 4.5% internal state loan bonds of 1937 with the series designation C were issued for the conversion and exchange of the 7% foreign amortizing gold stabilization loan of 1927 dollar tranche, while those marked W were for the exchange of the 7% dollar loan bonds of the City of Warsaw of 1928.
