The bonds were guaranteed by the C. k. Austrian government. Bonds on the first and second pages in German, on the third and fourth pages in four languages of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, including Polish.
Under the Act of May 11, 1920. (Dz.U. 1920 no. 42 item 250) and the Decree of the Treasury Minister of May 21, 1920. (Dz.U. 1920 no. 47 item 296) it was possible to exchange registered and stamped under the Act of July 9, 1920. (Dz.U. 1920 no. 61 item 387) of Austrian war loans to the 1920 Internal State Loan.
