Very rare SILVER issue for participants of the January Uprising (1863-1864), issued by veterans on the 25th anniversary of the outbreak of the uprising.
Medal by A. Schindler (1859-?), signed on the obverse, with an ear.
Mint luster on both sides.
Light surface hairliness.
Obverse: coat of arms with a crowned Eagle, military weapons in the background, a helmet above the shield, nine spheres in two rows beneath, and the signature A. SCHINDLER LWÓW at the bottom
Reverse: inscription in three lines, surrounded by a laurel and oak wreath tied in the middle with a ribbon
